Apex has been appointed to provide corporate, administrative and trustee services to the Luxembourg platform of EQONEX Limited, the NASDAQ-listed digital assets financial services company. Apex will provide SPV administration and trustee services for the platform.
EQONEX provides institutional grade infrastructure and a suite of trading, custody and asset management solutions to clients. EQONEX’s ecosystem primarily encompasses EQONEX Exchange, a digital asset exchange; Digivault, a FCA regulated hot and cold digital assets custodian; and Bletchley Park Asset Management, a fund of crypto-hedge funds. EQONEX recently launched its first Bitcoin exchange-traded note on XETRA . The ETN offers investors direct exposure to Bitcoin via an exchange-traded product with free redemptions for the underlying Bitcoin and low management fees.
