Ultimus Fund Solutions, a U.S.-based independent provider of private equity fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions, has hired Sean McLean as senior vice president, retail alternative fund services. McLean will lead the fund accounting group that services Ultimus’ retail alternative fund business, which includes interval funds, tender offer funds, and business development companies. He reports to Bill Tomko, head of fund servicing, He was previously at SS&C Alps.
