Ocorian, the C.I.-based provider of corporate, fiduciary and fund services, has appointed Don Ross as global head, investor services. He will report to Ocorian’s head of global funds, Garrett Breen. Ross was previously at J.P. Morgan, and has also worked for Quintillion.
