Gen II Fund Services, LLC, thought to be the largest independent private capital fund administrator in the U.S., has shaken up its senior management team.
Steven Millner becomes chief executive officer. Since co-founding Gen II in 2009, Millner has served as a managing principal and as a member of the firm’s executive committee. Gen II co-founder Steven Alecia has been appointed as president. He previously served as chief client officer. Co-founder Norman Leben will step down as managing principal, remaining as a senior advisor and a board member, and will continue to guide the Gen II’s European expansion.
In addition to these changes, Michael Pollack has joined as head of client delivery and innovation and Matthew Luongo has joined as chief administrative officer. Most recently, Pollack served as founder and CEO of Pollack Consulting Group. Previously, he was global head of the portfolio analysis group at J.P. Morgan and divisional CFO of markets operations technology at Citi. Luongo founded MJ Management Solutions, a business management consulting firm. He previously held executive level roles at CLS Bank, Cognizant Technology Solutions, UBS and American Express.
At the end of 2020, Gen II announced a change to its ownership structure, with General Atlantic and Hg joining the existing ownership group. Gen II claims to have USD850bn AuA.
