Apex plans to acquire ZASMalta, a specialist provider of regulatory compliance and risk management services. Malta-based ZAS provides regulatory compliance and risk management, reporting and internal audit services to USD20bn of assets across 50 clients. The acquisition will expand Apex’s presence in the Malta market where the group has been actively involved in the funds industry since 2008, with over 120 staff.
