EFA, the Luxembourg-based administrator that is in the process of being acquired by Universal Investment, has been named as central administrator to the Diversified Opportunities Fund, a private equity fund managed by Swiss-based Sherpa Asset Management. EFA will provide fund accounting as well as registrar & transfer agency services.
