Maples wins VCC mandate
Maples has been selected to support the Singapore-domiciled Faros VCC, a diversified long/short equity strategy using an umbrella Variable Capital Company structure with three sub-funds. FundRock wins EUR17bn Irish mandate
FundRock, the Apex-owned, Luxembourg-based ManCo and AIFM provider, has been appointed by Royal London Asset Management Funds plc and RLAM Funds ICAV to provide ManCo services for their Irish fund range and distribution support within the European Union. The funds’ combined assets under management are over EUR17bn (USD18bn). RLAM manages GBP164bn (USD211bn).
Fenergo acquires AML specialist
Fenergo, the Ireland-based client onboarding specialist, has acquired Sentinels, the Amsterdam-based AML transaction monitoring provider. As part of the acquisition, the 70 staff currently employed by Sentinels will become part of Fenergo.
