BNY Mellon has appointed Roman Regelman, CEO of asset servicing, to lead the issuer services business. This follows the appointment of Frank La Salla as the president and CEO of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Regelman, a member of the ExCo, will continue to lead digital for BNY Mellon. Regelman joined BNY Mellon in 2018 as head of digital, responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm’s digital future and investments in client and internal digital capabilities.
