CNP Assurances, the French insurance company, has appointed Société Générale Securities Services to manage EMIR Initial Margin for complex derivatives. SGSS developed a middle office IM calculation service to meet CNP Assurances’ operational workflow requirements. For more than 15 years, SGSS has provided independent valuation of CNP Assurances’ structured products’ collateral management, as well as variation margin processing.
