Apex has been appointed by Starlight Capital, a Chinese venture capital firm, for fund administration and corporate services. Starlight Capital was founded in 2021 by Tao Tang who is the co-founder of Eastern Bell Capital. Starlight focuses on B2B enterprise services within the digital economy.
