Archer, a U.S.-based service provider to the asset management industry, has hired Andy Mika as vice president of solutions. In his role, Mika will be responsible for developing solutions that investment managers need to expand distribution, launch new products, and streamline operations. Mika has more than 35 years’ experience in investment operations. He has worked at Delafield Asset Management, Guardian Life Insurance, OppenheimerFunds, and Invesco. Most recently he was advising Allspring Global Investments.
