TMF Group, the Netherlands-based professional services firm, has appointed two senior managers to lead its operations in the Channel Islands. Tim Houghton has been appointed overall market head for the Channel Islands, and James Dolton has been appointed as managing director for the Guernsey business. Both are internal appointments.
