SGSS and Lumi Technologies, a provider of electronic voting services, have signed a partnership to ensure the long-term success of the existing SGSS tablet voting service and offer new remote voting services for general meetings. At the request of SGSS, Lumi Technologies recently acquired the intellectual property and the stock of touchscreen voting tablets developed by SGSS with Italian manufacturer FeedbacK. As a result, Lumi will now provide SGSS with an in-person voting service using the tablets that its clients are already familiar with, as well as adding to the SGSS product range with a new online real-time voting service.
