Link Group, the Australia-based administrator with GBP160bn AuA (USD217bn), has been appointed as Pantheon Infrastructure’s fund administrator, registrar and company secretary. This follows Pantheon Infrastructure Plc’s GBP400m initial public offering, and its admission to the London Stock Exchange.
