GemCap, the Ireland-based provider of UCITS ManCo services, has appointed John Stokes as head of investment management and designated person with responsibility for investment management (PCF-39D). Based in Ireland, he reports to Conor Hoey, GemCap’s CEO, and joins the senior management team. Prior to joining GemCap, Stokes was head of investments and designated person with responsibility for investment management at KB Associates, where he was responsible for overseeing the ManCo’s UCITS and AIF business.
