Insight Partners, the owner of Fenergo, the Ireland-based provider of KYC and client lifecycle management software solutions for financial institutions, has reached an agreement to sell the business to Astorg and Bridgepoint. Terms have not been disclosed.

CSC secures Irish depositary licence
CSC, a U.S.-based service provider, has secured a specialised depositary licence from the Central Bank of Ireland. This follows CSC’s Irish fund administration licence in 2020. CSC anticipates fund administration and depositary licenses in Luxembourg will follow shortly, which will complement existing service offerings in Ireland and the Netherlands.
Apex acquires Israel’s Tzur Management
