BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed Frédéric Pascal as head of markets and financing services (MFS). He will be responsible for MFS products and services, including securities lending, FX, triparty collateral management, and financing. He joined the bank in 1999 and is based in Paris. He replaces Eric Deudon, who is leaving the bank.

Confluence Technologies, a technology solutions provider for the investment management and administration industry, has agreed to acquire Investment Metrics for USD500m. Investment Metrics is a provider of investment data, performance, analytics and research software solutions for institutional investors and advisors. Investment Metrics services more than 400 clients across 30 countries, representing over USD14trn in AuA.
June REIM appoints EFA for new fund
EFA, the Luxembourg-based administrator, has been selected by June REIM, a French real estate investor, for administration and accounting for its new fund, June Opportunity S.L.P.
SeaFort appoints SS&C for new PE fund
SeaFort Capital, a Canadian private equity firm, has selected SS&C to support its SeaFort Capital Fund II. The new fund will invest in Canadian lower-mid-market core industrial and business services sectors. SS&C will provide front-to-back support, including fund administration, reporting, investor and tax services.
JTC to administer new fund for LandFund Partners
JTC Americas (formerly NES Financial) has been appointed to provide fund administration services for LFP Soil Enrichment Fund, LP (SEF), an open-ended fund starting with USD128m of farmland comprised of 20,100 cultivated acres. LandFund Partners plans to grow SEF to over USD1bn in assets. LFP manages over 38,000 acres of farmland.
Sanne appoints new South Africa head
Sanne, a UK-listed provider of alternative asset and corporate business services, has appointed Alan Keet as head of South Africa. He takes over from Graeme Rate, who recently relocated to Sanne’s Dublin office as head of Ireland.
Waystone supports Invenomic’s new UCITS fund

Rob Childs joins CSC
Rob Childs has joined CSC Global Financial Markets as a business development director in its London office. Childs (previously Helszajn) joins from Prescient, where he was head of business development. CSC recently acquired PEF Services in the U.S., as well as expanding its product range in Ireland and Luxembourg.
Marlin appoints Apex
Apex has been appointed to provide fund administration and accounting services to Marlin Capital Partners, headquartered in Nassau. Apex, and its subsidiary Throgmorton, will provide outsourced ManCo, middle office, and fund administration services. The appointment comes ahead of the launch of Marlin’s Dauntless Fund, which will focus on arbitrage opportunities within the digital asset space.
