JTC Americas (formerly NES Financial) has entered into an agreement with the Darwin Metals Mining Opportunity Zone (OZ) Fund to provide fund administration services related to the reopening of a Californian mining district. Javelin Securities, LLC, a registered broker/dealer focused on vetting and raising capital OZs, has been retained to raise capital for the Darwin Mining OZ Fund.
