Broadridge Financial Solutions, a U.S.-based fintech, has expanded its Direct Market Solutions service, a custodian-focused, golden copy event sourcing and vote execution extension to Broadridge’s global proxy solution. Enhancements to DMS include expansion of coverage to 20 markets, improvements to market deadlines and extended voting windows by up to three days, and a reduction in costs.
