Apex has entered into a joint venture with VCP Advisors, a UK-based provider of financial, advisory and capital raising services for corporate and fund manager clients. VCP works with companies and closed-ended and open-ended funds across the private equity, private credit, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and hedge fund asset classes, providing advisory, capital raising and restructuring services. As part of this strategic partnership, VCP will re-brand as Apex VCP.
