Ocorian, the C.I.-based administrator, has supported the GBP180m (USD250m) initial public offering of Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The trust is a closed-ended investment company and will invest in a diversified international portfolio of early and growth stage space technology businesses. Ocorian’s UK team is providing services including company secretarial, accounting, fund administration and depositary for Seraphim. In addition, Newgate Compliance (an Ocorian company) is providing compliance support.
