TMF Group, the Netherlands-based administrator, has appointed Yvette van Loon as the market head of business development in the UK and Ireland. She joined TMF Group in 2006, and will move to London from France later in the year. She will report to Pamela Valasuo, head of business development for the international region, with a matrix reporting line to Ben Fielding, market head of UK and Ireland.
