Apex has been appointed by American Ventures Partners, a commercial real estate investment company, to provide fund administration, tax compliance and related corporate services. American Ventures recently launched the American Ventures Strategic Property Fund with a target capital raise of USD1bn to invest in distressed U.S. commercial real estate.
