Vistra, the Singapore-based corporate and fund administrator, has appointed Steven van Tuijl as regional managing director, Continental Europe. Steven also joins Vistra’s ExCo. He has full responsibility for the leadership and development of Vistra businesses in Continental Europe, which include 1500 employees across 15 markets. He joins Vistra after 10 years at ADP, the payroll service provider, where most recently he was the managing director and general manager for ADP’s Germany, Poland, and Czech Republic businesses.
