BNP Paribas has established a sub-custody business in Chile, adding to existing Latin American operations in Brazil, Colombia and Peru. As part of the deal, BNP Paribas has become a direct participant in Chile’s central securities depository, Depósito Central de Valores. BNP Paribas’ proprietary network has now expanded to 27 markets.
