Aztec, the C.I.-based alternatives administrator, has opened a U.S. office in Philadelphia, its first outside Europe. The office will specialise in fund and corporate accounting and administration services for the private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and private debt sectors. The office is headed by Mike Wood, who has been based in Aztec’s Jersey (C.I.) office for the last 15 years. Lynne Westbrook, a U.S. national who was previously European lead for J.P. Morgan’s fund administration division, will work alongside Wood.
