Horseshoe, the Bermuda-based subsidiary of Artex, has appointed Kathleen Faries as CEO. Based in Bermuda, Faries will work closely with Andre Perez, the founder and current CEO, who will assume the new role of executive chairman. Faries was most recently the head of Tokio Millennium Re AG, Bermuda. Horseshoe is a specialist administrator of insurance-linked securities.
