BNY Mellon has established an alliance with Financial Recovery Technologies, the U.S.-based provider of securities class action recovery services to the investment community. The alliance will offer solutions to address the demand for better governance solutions associated with shareholder litigation monitoring and recovery, offering BNY Mellon’s clients access to FRT’s suite of class action solutions, including non-U.S. and antitrust litigation. FRT has more than 1,000 institutional clients worldwide including custodians, asset managers, SWFs, hedge funds, pension funds, super funds and private banks.
