PayPal has agreed to acquire Curv to accelerate and expand its initiatives to support cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Curv is a provider of cloud-based infrastructure for digital asset custody and security, with headquarters in New York and an R&D centre in Israel. In 2020 Curv collaborated with BNP Paribas Securities Services on a proof of concept for the secure transfer of security tokens between market participants.
