Kay Hayre has joined BNY Mellon as co-head of investment managers (IM) sales. In this role, Hayre will partner with co-head Laura Steinbach to drive business development activities, advance strategic relationships, and grow the firm’s pipeline of opportunities with IM prospects and clients globally. She will focus on IM business development internationally, whilst Steinbach will continue to lead sales in the Americas. Based in London, she will report to Ileana Sodani, co-head of sales. Hayre joins from State Street, where she was a managing director in its EMEA sector solutions team.
