Farah Ballands has decided to step down as CEO of Ocorian, the C.I.-based administrator, after only a year in the job. Ocorian’s chairman, Frederik van Tuyll, will take over her responsibilities. Ballands led Estera before its acquisition by Ocorian in 2020.
