Crestbridge, the C.I.-based provider of corporate and fund services, has appointed Tim Ridgway as a director in the governance services team. Based in Jersey, he will act as a fiduciary for alternative investment funds and fund management firms, with responsibility for the management and oversight of client structures. He joins from Bletchley Park Asset Management, where he was COO.
