Ultimus Fund Solutions, a U.S.-based provider of fund servicing solutions, has been retained by Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC, a U.S. manager with c. USD3.3bn AuM. Under the agreement, Ultimus will provide fund accounting, administration, transfer agency and shareholder services to five CRM mutual funds with >USD1bn AuM.
