Apex has made four senior appointments in its corporate solutions business. Frank de Wit joins Apex as head of corporate solutions Luxembourg, Claudia Bolanos as head of corporate services, APAC, based in in Hong Kong, and Stephen Reilly, head of corporate solutions, Jersey and Alice Read, commercial director, corporate solutions, both join Apex in Jersey. Apex’s corporate solutions team provides clients with capital markets, corporate services, private client & family office services, business services, ESG ratings & advisory and compliance services. Frank de Wit joins Apex from Intertrust. Stephen Reilly joins from RBS International and Alice Read from Intertrust. Claudia Bolanos joins from Vistra.
