Stephanie Miller steps down as CEO of Intertrust

Stephanie Miller is stepping down as CEO and as a member of the management board and the executive committee at Intertrust, the Netherlands-based provider of corporate and fund solutions. The supervisory board has nominated Shankar Iyer as CEO.

Miller spent three years at Intertrust, setting a new strategic direction and growth plan, including a vision to digitally transform the business which led to the USD330m acquisition of Viteos in 2019. Iyer is currently chief solutions officer of Intertrust and was CEO and co-founder of Viteos. Miller, who has previously held senior roles with SS&C and J.P. Morgan, will return to the U.S.
