Ocorian, a C.I.-based administrator, has appointed Alan Booth as global head of capital markets. Booth joined Ocorian in 2017 and is currently head of its UK offices, a post he will retain. Ocorian’s capital markets business line includes the provision of SPV administration, debt, CLO, escrow, captive insurance/ILS, maritime and aviation services.
