FundRock wins UK mandate for Jupiter’s US Smaller Companies investment trust

FundRock, a Luxembourg-based administrator, has been appointed in the UK as AIFM and company secretary for Jupiter US Smaller Companies PLC. FundRock will provide oversight of the delegated functions as well as risk and compliance monitoring. FundRock will leverage its established investment trust business and its existing partnership with J.P. Morgan for depositary, custody and administration services, which JUS currently uses.
