Multiplicity appoints IQ-EQ to administer new Jersey expert fund

IQ-EQ, the Luxembourg-based financial services provider, has been appointed to provide fund services to Multiplicity Partners’ new Jersey expert fund, LTO Fund III LP. Multiplicity is an investment boutique specialising in providing liquidity to holders of private market funds and distressed assets. From its Jersey office, IQ-EQ will provide administration, regulatory, compliance, accounting, directorship, registered office, company secretarial and AIFM services. The fund is seeking to raise commitments up to a hard cap of USD100m.
