Ultimus Fund Solutions provided operational support to a fund sponsor client, Shelton Capital Management, as it restructured another mutual fund family. Earlier this year, Shelton announced a transaction with ICON Advisers after which Ultimus facilitated the consolidation of the funds and conversion from another service provider. Post conversion, Ultimus will provide fund accounting and transfer agent services for these additional funds. Shelton, a client of Ultimus since 2014, is a multi-strategy asset manager with >USD3bn AuM.
