Aztec Group, the C.I.-based administrator, has appointed James Gow as chief client officer, a newly created role. He will lead the business development, marketing and client experience teams. He will sit on the Aztec group executive committee and will be based in the UK. Gow joins from JLL, the real estate firm, where he held senior roles including head of consulting and head of marketing, sales and business development for the UK.
