Gen II hires Bob Caporale as head of strategic business development

Gen II Fund Services, a U.S.-based independent private equity fund administrator, has hired Bob Caporale as head of strategic business development, focusing on developing strategic client partnerships and acquisition opportunities. Most recently, Caporale was CEO of Exchangelodge, a software company that provides data solutions to the alternative investment industry. He also spent 12 years at J.P. Morgan, where he held various senior positions within the securities and fund services business, including head of U.S. sales, head of alternative investment services, CEO of private equity fund services, and head of strategic business development.
