Crestbridge, the UK-based administrator, will provide Bridgepoint, the UK-based private equity manager, with fund and management company services to support the recently announced merger with EQT Credit. With the transfer of the business to new ownership, Crestbridge has been appointed to facilitate the EQT Credit transfer to Bridgepoint with a clean regulatory and service wrapper. Additionally, EQT Credit will appoint Crestbridge to act as AIFM.
