Aztec Group has added two managers to its private equity team in Jersey. Paul Watson has been appointed as a director, while Alexandra Prince has assumed the role of associate director. Watson, previously a principal consultant with Marbral Advisory, a Channel Islands-based change management consultancy, will be responsible for the provision and ongoing development of administration, accounting and governance services provided to a major global fund manager. Prince joins from fund administrator Saltgate, where she spent five years. In her new role, she will lead a client relationship team responsible for a portfolio of private equity fund managers.
