Apex, the Bermuda-based financial services provider, and Triple Point Liquidity, a New York-based financial technology startup, have formed a partnership to deliver an enhanced transfer agency platform to clients. The partnership will integrate Triple Point’s innovative registrar and transfer agency platform to better manage client liquidity through one integrated solution. The partnership will also enable Apex clients to access secondary market capabilities through Hedgebay Securities LLC, a FINRA-registered, agency-only broker-dealer focusing on the transfer of private assets.
