Aztec Group, the C.I.-based administrator, has promoted Matt Horton to group head of private equity. He replaces Alan Ross, who moves to a new role as group head of transformation. Gavin Hayman has assumed Horton’s former position as jurisdictional head of private equity in Guernsey.
