BNY Mellon has announced a major reorganisation of its asset servicing senior management team. Hani Kablawi, previously CEO of asset servicing, will become head of international, which includes the bank’s regional management teams across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. In addition, he will remain chairman of EMEA, and will retain oversight of client coverage for asset servicing. He will continue to report directly to Todd Gibbons, CEO. Roman Regelman will assume responsibility for asset servicing, He will continue to lead the digital initiative across the bank, reporting to Gibbons. Akash Shah assumes leadership of global client management, along with his responsibilities as head of strategy. He will retain oversight of marketing and communications, reporting to Gibbons.
