Further senior management changes at Alter Domus, the Luxembourg-based provider of fund and corporate services. Doug Hart has been appointed group CEO, replacing Aidan Connolly, who was made interim CEO in 2018 following the departure of Laurent Vanderweyen. Hart joined Alter Domus following the acquisition of Cortland Capital Markets in 2018, and subsequently led Alter Domus USA. This region now represents 30pct of Alter Domus’ revenues. René Beltjens has been appointed chairman of the board, succeeding Dominique Robyns. Beltiens was deputy chairman.
