Citi has appointed Joerg Guenther as global head of securities services & issuer technology. He will take responsibility for the technology teams supporting custody and fund services, direct custody & clearing, securities services data, quality assurance, and issuer technology, reporting directly to Mike Healy, global head of technology for equities & securities services. Prior to joining Citi, Guenther was global CIO of corporate & institutional services at Northern Trust.
