Northern Trust has made two appointments in its capital markets business. Mat Cook has been appointed to lead Northern Trust’s transition management offering across Asia-Pacific, based in its Sydney office. Cook joins from State Street, where he worked for the past nine years as a transition manager. Rob Dixon joins the transition management team in London. He was most recently at State Street in Sydney, with responsibilities across Asia-Pacific.
