FundRock, the Luxembourg-based administrator and corporate services provider, has appointed Lee Marshall as chief transformation officer and director of group strategic clients, based in the firm’s headquarters in Luxembourg. This is a newly created, group-wide role. He joins from MasonBower where he was COO. He has also worked at KNEIP and J.P. Morgan in Luxembourg.
